Return Policy

The customer acknowledges that the app does not sell any of the purchases provided by the delivery representative. Therefore, we do not offer any return policies, and returns are subject to the return policy of the store from which the delivery representative purchased the items.

The delivery representative purchases items on behalf of the customer from various stores, restaurants, and shops, with the total value of purchases not exceeding 20 Omani Rials. If the delivery representative pays more than 20 Omani Rials, the app is not responsible for compensation. In this case, the customer must adhere to the return policies of each store, restaurant, or shop. If the customer refuses to comply with these policies or refuses to accept the purchases from the delivery representative, the customer is required to pay for the purchases in addition to the delivery fee.

If the delivery representative returns the purchases based on the customer's request, the customer is obligated to pay the delivery representative the delivery fee as well as the cost of returning the items to their original place of purchase.
