Omandoob may collect the following information from users of our website: first and last name, street address, area, city, phone numbers, email address, and GPS location (mobile location) (collectively referred to as "Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII"). Additionally, Omandoob may collect information related to past orders for Omandoob account holders, your favorite restaurants, customer service inquiries, service/restaurant reviews, and preferences for social media (such as pages you "like" or "recommend").
Omandoob may also use web analytics software to track and analyze site traffic related to Omandoob advertisements and promotions. Omandoob may publish or share these statistics with third parties without including any PII.
Non-personal information (or "Non-PII"), demographic information, and other details that do not reveal your identity are collected. We, along with third-party service providers, may gather Non-PII, including your MAC address, computer type, screen resolution, operating system version, browser, and demographic data, such as your location, gender, and birth date. Omandoob uses PII to create user accounts, communicate with users about Omandoob services, offer promotions and special offers, and charge for purchases made through Omandoob. Omandoob may also use PII to enforce the Terms of Service.
Omandoob uses cookies to recognize users on the site and enhance their experience. Content generated by users, such as service/restaurant reviews and social media preferences (e.g., pages you "like" or "recommend"), can be seen by the public. Therefore, Omandoob cannot guarantee the privacy of any PII included in user-generated content.
Non-Personal Information
Since Non-PII does not personally identify you, we may use it for any purpose. We also reserve the right to share such Non-PII, which does not personally identify you, with affiliates and third parties for any purpose. In some cases, we may combine Non-PII with PII (such as combining your name with your geographic location). If Non-PII is combined with PII, we will treat the combined information as PII as long as it is combined in this manner.
IP Addresses
We use IP addresses for purposes such as calculating site usage levels, diagnosing server problems, and managing the site. We may also use and disclose IP addresses for the same purposes we use and disclose PII. Please note that we treat IP addresses, server log files, and related information as Non-PII unless we are required to treat them otherwise by law.
Your Email Address
To register an account, we ask you to provide your email address and other contact details. We use your email and other contact information to confirm your order and inform you if there's an issue. Registration without an email address is not possible.
After registering, you can access, update, edit, or delete inaccurate information through your account by clicking on the "My Account" link on the home page. You may also choose not to provide us with your email address, but you will not be able to register or place orders.

ATM, Credit Cards, and Payment Information
When placing an order through the site, you must select a payment method. Omandoob does not handle or store your credit/debit card information because orders can be paid for directly at the restaurant via cash, card, or check. Online credit/debit card payments are just another option. For credit/debit transactions, we securely transmit your full card details to the payment provider using globally accepted encryption methods. If you choose, we can retain part of your card information securely for future transactions.
Order Information
Personal details required when placing an order include your name, address, phone number, email, and similar information needed to identify you and fulfill your order.
Personal details collected on our site will be shared with the restaurant when fulfilling your order. We have agreements with all member restaurants that restrict the disclosure or additional processing of the information we provide them. Your personal information will be used to update you on your order status and will not be shared with business partners or affiliates without your permission. It will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. We only send marketing emails to individuals who specifically request to receive this information.
Browsing Data and Traffic Information
As you browse our website, we collect browsing data that shows the pages you visited, the features you used, or the length of time spent on certain pages. This data does not identify you personally. We use this information to complete and support your purchases, facilitate and improve your use of the site, comply with legal requirements, and deliver relevant or targeted content or recommendations from us or third-party sites.
